This music was originally done for the jHeretic project, part of Doomsday, by Ken Phipps. I take no credit for it myself. I converted the Ogg Vorbis files to .raw files and posted them here for the convince of users of dsHeretic. Raven Software and Kevin Schilder retain the author rights to all of the music. If Raven Software, Kevin Schilder, or Ken Phipps have a problem with what I have done converting and posting their music here, let me know (jmva16(at)yahoo.com), and I will remove it immediately.

This version potentially addresses the hang on "P_Init: Init game engine." It adds no other features. If you have not had any problems, you do not need to upgrade.

Raven has been good enough to release the source to this great game. You could be good enough to use a legal wad file. The shareware wad is supported, which you can get from Raven. Otherwise, Heretic can be purchased for very little money these days. See Amazon.
